MENTAL TOUGHNESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (2 days)
More and more, employees at all levels are having to deal with demanding targets, continuous change, and a multitude of presures all at the same time. This can cause employees to experience too much pressure resulting in stress. The programme incorporates the Mental Toughness Development questionnaire (MTQ48) which measures mental toughness and helps people to develop strategies to perform better under pressure - this in turn helps performance and improveS wellbeing in the workplace.

The Mental Toughness Developement Programme has applications for Peak Performance and Stress Management for both individuals and teams. It is particularly useful for senior managers, top teams, business owners and those who are regularly placed in stressful situations. the programme includes:

STRESS AWARENESS (half day)
Stress is a growing concern for many employers and it is one of the most important reasons behind sickness from work and stress-related absence is increasing. It is important that organisations know how to deal with stress in the workplace and understand their legal obligations so as not to fall foul of the law. This workshop is for HR personnel and people managers and will ensure that key roles and responsibilities around stress are understood. The workshop covers:

INTRODUCTION TO COACHING (90 minute presentation)
More and more organisations are starting to use coaching and seeing the fruits of their investment. If you have ever wondered about the merits of coaching, how it works in reality and how it could benefit your organisation, this workshop addresses all of these areas. It is aimed at anyone who is interested in knowing more about coaching and may be particularly useful to those in HR and to senior management.

MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (1 day)
MBTI is a powerful and widely used personality instrument which helps individuals to understand their personality type of which there are 16 'types'.

Understanding our own and others personality type helps to promote understanding of the motives and behaviours of people whose minds operate quite different from our own. Therefore, MBTI is a particularly useful and versatile instrument for individual, group and organisational development.
