Mental Toughness for Improved Performance

When we experience too much stress, challenge or pressure, this can hamper our wellbeing and affect our performance at work. Often we react to situations in the same habitual way that we have been doing for years without really realising it and ending up with the same or similar outcomes every time. By becoming more aware of how we think, feel and behave in any given situation means we can then use strategies to deal with them more effectively leading to more of the outcomes we want.

The aim of this programme is focus on the whole person from a physical, mental and emotional perspective raising awareness about self, providing a range of practical tools, techniques and strategies for people to work with according to their preference, and to practice and experience some of these offerings throughout the programme.
