About Us
Debbie Connors is the founder of Evolving Perspectives and she is passionate about assisting people and organisations to be the best that they can be. She believes this is achieved when people are motivated and working to their potential in an environment which encourages learning, openness, and a healthy lifestyle coupled with social interaction.
Debbie works from the premise that everyone has the potential to achieve. She strongly believes in the power of 'authenticity' and the impact it can have in all areas of life and it is from this stance that she operates. Helping individuals to lead satisfying and fulfiling work lives is essential to creating high performance organisations.
For as long as she can remember, Debbie has had a keen interest and curiosity in people that led her into the field of Human Resources Management. She has over ten years experience working in a variety of industries including IT, Services, FMCG and public sector at both operational and strategic level. During her time in HR she trained as a business/executive coach, which was a natural extension to her skills and experience.

- Qualified MBTI Trainer (Myers Briggs Type Indicator)
- MA in Personnel Management
