I have worked in the field of HR Management for over ten years and qualified as a coach in 2005. My coaching experience is with different size businesses across sectors to include middle managers to senior executives as well as small and medium business owners.

I am particularly passionate about helping individuals and managers to lead more satisfying lives at work given the amount of time we spend there. My weekly blog, 'Wisdom at Work' aims to highlight typical issues that arise at work with a view to showing the dynamic that is at play and help people to see the broader perspective.

I am a Professional Business/Executive Coach, a member of the Association for Coaching (AFC) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). My style is relaxed, informal and to say it as it is.  I live in York and in my spare time I enjoy running, reading and learning to play the guitar.
